Terms for employers
Last updated: 31 October 2026 · MJF-AGB-AG-2026-10-31
1. Scope
These terms apply to the employer area of MyJobFinder AI, operated by Q-Bridges GmbH, Berlin (details in the imprint). They are addressed exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) that want to publish their own vacancies. When registering, you confirm that you are acting for a business.
2. Service
Using the employer area and publishing job postings is free of charge.
We show published postings in job search, in matching, on company pages and in alerts. There is no claim to a particular reach, placement or number of applications. Applications do not go through us but through the route stated in the posting.
3. Account and review
You provide true and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You keep your login details secret. If you invite further people from your company to your account, you ensure that only authorised persons gain access.
After registering, you confirm your email address. You can then publish postings immediately. We automatically check every posting for signs of fraud, prohibited content and discriminatory wording. If a posting is flagged in this check, we review it manually before publication. The same applies to postings from accounts with a free email address (freemail), for as long as your company has not been classified as trustworthy.
Wording that may have a discriminatory effect after the automatic check is shown to you as a notice before publication. A human always decides on the rejection of a posting; we tell you the reasons.
4. Your assurances regarding postings
You assure that every posting describes a genuine position that is actually to be filled in your company, or that you are demonstrably commissioned to publish it.
You assure that your postings comply with the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and all other legal requirements. In particular, they do not disadvantage anyone on grounds of race or ethnic origin, sex, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity, and they contain no misleading information.
Postings must not charge applicants any fees and must not advertise anything other than filling the position. Once a position is filled, you take the posting offline.
If a job is already on the portal of the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit), you state this for the job; we then do not pass it on to the Federal Employment Agency. A job that we pass on to the Federal Employment Agency with your consent, you do not additionally post there yourself or through third parties (no multiposting).
5. Prohibited postings
Prohibited are in particular postings that require applicants to make payments, advances, purchases, training fees or investments; that advertise an activity paid only by commission without fixed remuneration, a snowball or pyramid scheme, or a sales model in which the main aim is to recruit further people; that offer activities of forwarding goods or money; that provide for contact exclusively via messenger services; that do not describe a position that is actually to be filled, for example in order to collect applicant data; or that contain instructions to AI systems, hidden text or other means intended to influence matching or our review.
We do not publish such postings or we take them offline (section 7).
6. Rights of use
You grant us a simple, free right, limited to the term of the posting and the subsequent retention period, to store, display, technically adapt, translate and summarise the content of your postings and company details.
The right includes analysing postings, also with the help of AI, in order to show them to suitable applicants (matching). For jobs for which you have agreed to their being passed on to the job search of the Federal Employment Agency, it also includes transmission there once our connection has been activated; you can change your consent for the job at any time. We pass postings on to other job boards only with your separate consent.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content.
7. Blocking and deletion
If a posting violates these terms or applicable law, or if we receive a substantiated notice, we may reject the posting, take it offline or block your account.
We notify you of every such decision by email, together with the reasons and the posting concerned. You may reply to us at any time; we review your reply and lift the measure if it was not justified.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act.
In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
9. Term and termination
The contract runs for an indefinite period. You may end it at any time without notice by deleting your account. We may terminate with two weeks’ notice. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.
10. Changes
We notify you of changes to these terms by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object by then, they are deemed accepted; we point out this consequence in the notice.
11. Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. The German version is authoritative.
