Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software is used by 95% of large companies to automatically screen CVs. The ATS score shows whether your CV passes these filters. A score above 70 means good compatibility. Use the Application Coach to optimize your CV.

Every plan can activate all sources - Free, Basic and Premium alike. There is no limit.

The Interview Coach generates likely interview questions and tailored answer suggestions for your specific role. Simply paste the job description and receive preparation material in seconds. Available for Premium users.

Every job gets a score from 0 to 100. First we compare it with your profile: title, level, location, field and skills. If you have agreed to the AI check, an AI then reads your profile and the job ad and estimates how well they fit. Together this gives the score: a good AI assessment raises it, a weak one lowers it. The AI never sees contact details and only reads ads whose providers allow it. A job counts as a good fit from 61 points with an AI check, otherwise from 70. You can adjust your profile in Settings.
